Muhammad Al-Khalisi

Muhammad is a licensed lawyer and a core member of the Saudi Bar Association. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He began his professional career with a well-known local law firm, then moved to another office until he became a partner in a local law firm. He is the founder of the office of Mohammed bin Ali Al Khayasi Lawyers and Consultants, which is now “Mohammed Al Khayasi and Ibrahim Al Hatmi Lawyers and Consultants Company.” Muhammad practices many legal tasks, including pleading before Sharia and administrative courts, arbitration, providing and drafting civil, commercial and labor legal consultations, in addition to drafting contracts in various fields. He founded and supervised the establishment of several commercial companies. He is interested in establishing companies, governance and development of commercial enterprises

Ibrahim Al Hatami

Ibrahim is a licensed lawyer, legal consultant, and a core member of the Saudi Bar Association. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the College of Law at King Abdulaziz University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He began his career working in a local law firm and moved between several local offices until he obtained a license to practice law. He also established the office of Ibrahim bin Ali Al Hatmi Lawyers and Consultants before transforming it into the Mohammed Al Khayasi and Ibrahim Al Hatmi Lawyers and Consultants Company. Ibrahim passed the professional accreditation program for jurists prepared by the Saudi Bar Association and obtained the professional certificate “SASL”. He also passed the qualification program for estate liquidator skills and obtained a professional certificate to become qualified to liquidate estates and work on issues related to estates and wills. Ibrahim practices legal work by pleading cases before all courts. He also provides written and oral legal advice to all his clients, both establishments and individuals. He also provides many legal services to profit and non-profit entities, in addition to assuming the tasks of providing legal services to many foreign diplomatic representations in the Kingdom. Ibrahim is interested in providing all legal services to profit-making companies, non-profit entities, and individuals. He is also interested in legal procedures related to inheritances, wills, and cases, especially civil, real estate, and administrative issues, endowment issues, and issues of dividing and liquidating estates. Ibrahim recently obtained a license to practice notarial work
